HCP Connect is a social service provided by Daktari Online on the platform to enable healthcare professionals connect with each other and follow discussions while learning on the platform.
To connect with other users on Daktari Online Connect Space, login to the platform and navigate to Community > HCPs Connect.
Search profiles for the user you want to connect with, follow and send a connect request.
Once the connect request is accepted, you can now interact via chat and follow account activity of your connection.
Yes. The platform offers an option to follow/unfollow and connect/disconnected from another account.
Once you unfollow an account, you will not get notifications on topics shared or contributions to discussions by the user you have unfollowed
Once you disconnect an account, you won't be able to interact with the other user via chat.
Upon disconnecting or unfollowing an account, an option for connect/follow is provided. To connect again, you will have to send a connect request again and the other user must accept your connect request in order to get connected again.
